International Women's Forum Canada, Toronto Chapter

Boyden is proud to partner with IWF Canada, Toronto Chapter as Instructional Partners of the Board Journey 360o Master Class Series, a board-focused event series offered exclusively to IWF Canada members. Over the course of our work and in the action-oriented partnerships we build, we challenge and address the narrow paths to leadership and are committed to #DisruptTheNorm.

The International Women’s Forum (IWF) is a global non-profit, non-partisan membership organization based in Washington, D.C. created in 1982. Canada became the second international forum outside of the United States, when it was officially admitted as a Forum (IWF Canada) and issued letters of patent on October 26, 1995. Founded in Montreal by Vermont Forum member, Patricia Gabel, who became the inaugural President, along with Micheline Bouchard, Diane Bussandri, Mary Larson, Lucie Pépin, Dorothy Reitman, Michèle Thibodeau-Deguire and Mackie Vadacchino, the Canadian Forum was envisioned as an inclusive national organization.

Today, IWF Canada has chapters across every region of the country with a national membership comprised of more than 550 of the country’s most successful women in business, the arts, philanthropy, and the public sector.

Locally, IWF Canada shares ideas and stories informally and formally through member-only discussions, tours, round-tables and other innovative formats. Internationally, IWF members meet to learn and to open doors for women throughout the world, in a non-competitive environment where meaningful friendships and alliances can flourish.

IWF Canada's Toronto Chapter has 198 members from diverse backgrounds, industries and accomplishments across the Greater Toronto Hamilton Area.
