Women in Governance, also known as La Gouvernance au Féminin, is a not-for-profit organization supporting women in leadership development, career advancement and board governance. Founded by Caroline Codsi in 2010, the organization focuses on impactful initiatives towards closing the leadership diversity gap, ensuring women and men work together as ambassadors for the cause.

About the Founder
A highly sought-after speaker, Caroline Codsi is the recipient of Awards from the Quebec Business Women Network, the Arab Women Trophy and Premières en Affaires among others. She has led a successful career in the corporate world for over 25 years and has been recognized as a Top 20 Diversity Leading Figures in Quebec, Top 75 Canadian Immigrants and Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada. She is also the recipient of a Gender Equality Award by the United Nations Women National Committee as well as the “Mercure Leadership Germaine-Gibara” Award, at the Mercuriades awards ceremony held by the Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec (FCCQ).
