Relevant experience may include a solid understanding of the restoration, construction or project management environment; selling a ‘service’ where differentiation is based on reputation, quality and customer service; experience selling to similar target verticals such as property/strata management, real estate companies, institutions (government, schools, healthcare, etc.), and businesses with significant real estate assets (retailers, hospitality, banks, etc.).
