BrainBox AI is at the forefront of the green building revolution and it utilizes self-adapted artificial intelligence technology to proactively optimize the energy consumption of one of the largest climate change contributors: Buildings. BrainBox AI engine supports a self-operating building that requires no human intervention. Using deep learning, cloud-based computing, and our proprietary process, our solution autonomously optimizes existing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) control systems for maximum impact on energy consumption.

With the target markets being the various verticals in the commercial real estate sector, such as office, hotels, retail, airport, multi-residential, the market potential for BrainBox AI’s technology is very large.  Our ambition is to grow BrainBox AI into a meaningful player in the market, on a global scale.

Utilizing the power of artificial intelligence

HVAC systems account for 51% of total energy usage in commercial buildings. Inefficient and poorly designed systems are costly to manage, often ineffective at maintaining comfort levels and major producers of greenhouse gases. Our fully autonomous self-adaptive AI engine is designed to deliver significant savings and dramatically reduce carbon emissions, enabling a self-operating building. Our AI engine, together with our proprietary process, allows you to move from reactive to pre-emptive operations management in three steps.

Step1 : Getting acquainted

The solution identifies and catalogues your building’s specific operating behaviour and energy flow by gathering data from both internal and external sources. It then creates a building energy profile for making informed predictions about future energy flow. BrainBox AI collects hundreds of thousands real-time data points, such as outside temperature, sun/cloud positioning, fan speed, duct pressure, heater status, humidity levels, occupant density and many more.

Step 2: Optimizing Flow

Using over 28 customized algorithms working in real time, our AI engine instructs existing HVAC system on how to operate more intelligently and efficiently. This process is similar to an aircraft on autopilot.

Step 3: Continuous Improvement

General Overview

Reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President, Sales will be responsible for designing and executing the sales and business development strategy to ensure the success and growth of the business. He/she will be responsible for scaling business revenues through customer prospecting, technology evangelization and long-term relationship-building. The Vice President, Sales will also play a leadership role in developing, owning and implementing all sales management activities throughout the organization. The ideal candidate in this role will be a key part of BrainBox AI’s leadership team and will have the unique opportunity to grow the sales team in tandem with revenue.

The ideal candidate has already proven themselves within early stage companies and is a strong field sales performer. Capable of taking ownership of all sales and business development efforts, he/she will build a strong sales organisation and act as a catalyst for revenue growth. Given the disruptive nature of the technology, the successful candidate’s business and sales acumen must be complemented by a strong technical background and be a natural relationship builder with the ability to quickly gain trust and confidence from various stakeholders.

The Vice President, Sales will need to quickly immerse himself/herself to assess the company, technology, customers, and business opportunities, and will take ownership of all the key responsibilities of the role. The Vice President, Sales will build a sales and business development plan and will take responsibility of its implementation.
