Located in Edmonton, this position reports directly to the Vice-President and Chief Administrative Officer. The Vice President, Benefit Services is a newly created role that will be a key member of the Alberta Blue Cross Executive Committee. This individual will provide leadership to the Benefit Services division, encompassing life and disability, pharmaceutical, health, and dental benefits. Strategically, the Vice President, Benefit Services, will help to introduce new and innovative approaches to the delivery of member benefits, while increasing productivity and ultimately, driving a positive customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have proven success within benefits services. They will be innovative and forward thinking, with demonstrated leadership skills, strong relationship building skills and an ability to deliver on expectations. They are a team player with the ability to communicate and deal effectively with people at any level.
