Reporting to the CEO, the COO will have client-facing responsibilities and own client satisfaction through the direct management of the service delivery team. They will also oversee a wide range of corporate functions, including vendor and contract management; facilities planning and management; legal and compliance; budgeting and financial planning; and culture. The COO’s mandate is to bring the leadership and discipline that enables the Groundswell team to do their best work and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction while delivering on operational and financial objectives and metrics.

The ideal candidate is a talented organizational leader with a track record of success as a hands-on, senior executive in an established consulting firm, agency or professional services company. They have supported an executive in delivering on long-term strategic objectives by instilling accountability, strong planning processes, operational efficiency and financial discipline. They have a reputation for building strong, collaborative teams that are based on a culture that has trust, accountability and client service as cornerstones.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a highly collaborative, authentic, hands-on, seasoned executive leader to own client satisfaction and partner with the CEO and CTO to steward the growth and success of Groundswell.
