With a leadership team focused on growing its brand through innovation, perfecting the guest experience and providing outstanding franchisee support, the organization has made a strategic decision to recruit a talented Chief Financial Officer with strong leadership, systems and process improvement skills to enhance efficiency and the level of service provided to the business.

Reporting to the CEO and a key member of the executive leadership team, the Chief Financial Officer will lead the accounting and finance team located at the head office in Richmond, BC. The new CFO will oversee the Finance, Planning & Budgeting, Internal Audit and the Investor Relations functions of BPI. The CFO provides solid financial leadership while collaborating closely with the President and other Senior Vice Presidents including the functional leads of Operations, Marketing, Legal, Business Technology and Franchising.

The ideal candidate has a track record of success as a senior financial executive with a mix of publicly traded company and privately held, family-owned business experience in a franchised hospitality, retail company or business with strong parallels. She/he has demonstrated an ability to support the strong bottom- and top-line performance of a highly successful organization whose brand proposition is centered on extraordinary guest and partner experiences, franchise profitability and giving back to the communities in which it operates. From a personal perspective, the candidate has a work hard, play hard attitude, an ability to engage with suppliers and advisors and a confident and relaxed style in social settings.
