Helping Albertans achieve their dreams by turning the complex world of banking into brilliantly simple solutions. That’s ATB. Is that you?
At ATB Financial, we put people first. We’ve been doing it for more than 80 years. In that time, we’ve grown and changed from one Treasury Branch to become the largest Alberta-based financial institution, with assets of more than $54.3 billion. Along the way, we’ve transformed people’s understanding of what banking can – and should – make possible. And we’re just getting started.
Today, 5,500 team members help close to 770,000 customers in 247 Alberta communities. Just like our clients, we’re Albertans and we work beside them in their communities through a network of more than 300 locations across Alberta, and ATB Client Care. We’re invested in their success because it’s our success too. We’re proud of what we do and how we do it. And we’re especially proud of the people who help us do it.
You’ve got a strong internal drive, an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for making a difference through your work. You describe yourself as someone who loves to live outside your comfort zone, a trailblazer who constantly seeks new ways to learn and grow. Your passion and excitement comes from knowing that your efforts make a significant difference in the lives of your team members, customers and the community around you.
You are a trailblazer who is passionate about making a difference. You are a voice that people will be emboldened to follow, and our external partners will respect. You are committed to our evolution and success; and are a partner to our businesses and communities.
