Robert is a Managing Director in the Atlanta, Calgary and Toronto offices of Boyden Global Executive Search.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Boyden World Corporation and is a member of Boyden's Industrial and Financial Services Practice Groups.  Robert joined Boyden in 1996 bringing to the firm a diverse background in human resources expertise.  He is responsible for the daily operations of the practices and has successfully created a strong team of professionals with equally impressive backgrounds and capabilities.

Robert's primary area of focus is staffing executives in market sectors such as financial services, energy (oil, gas and electricity), consumer package goods, manufacturing and technology.  Robert currently manages the search requirements for several Fortune 100 and 500 accounts and conducts search in both Canada and the United States.  Within the mentioned market sectors of experience, Robert has had tremendous success in both the management and operational sides of the business.   Examples of areas of experience include general management, finance, sales, marketing, operations, supply chain and human resources.

As a citizen of both Canada and the United States, Robert specializes in helping companies who have business interests on both sides of the border.  Having a sound understanding of the subtle differences in leadership requirements, Robert is often called upon to staff Presidents, Vice Presidents, General Managers, CFO's and Country Controllers for business units of companies headquartered in either country.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Stetson University, DeLand, Florida. Robert is also a member of several industry related groups and associations.
